This group class (in person) is for those who do not exercise at all and/or don’t stretch enough before/after/in between fitness sessions.
The focus is on understanding your body and more about your ‘fascia’ that requires stretching, nourishing, and smoothing out through micro movements in order to release pain & nasty built up toxins)
