Description

This super fun yoga class is 50-minutes in length and takes place on the West Terrace at the infamous Moxy Times Square. Enjoy everything you love about our signature wine yoga class, sans-beverage!  Open to all levels, Spirit(s) Yoga features music you can’t NOT dance and sing along to (think Beyonce meets every 90’s hit you ever lip-synced to in the mirror with a hairbrush in-hand as a teen) plus your favorite yoga poses integrated with thoughtful partner games and rules (…lose your balance? Fist-bump your neighbor and repeat after me: “Psh. I’m awesome.”)—curated to foster care-free fun while making new friends…and sculpting a pretty killer yoga-bod. Join us for this one-of-a-kind yoga party before work and spread the joy to your office! FAQ:  Q: Can I come to Spirit(s) Yoga if I've never tried yoga before?  A: Absolutely! We love beginners!  Q: Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?  A: Yep! That'd be great, thanks!  Q: Are there showers on the Moxy rooftop for after class?  A: No, unfortunately. But you can certainly bring a change of clothes as there are bathrooms! Q: Do I need to wear a face mask during class? A: Yes! Safety first:) Hand sanitizer will also be provided. Woo! More Q's? Email [email protected] and someone from the DY Spirit(s) Lifting team will get right back to you.  “Drunk”: intoxicated [with joy]; excited or elated to the point of enthusiasmYOGA, BUT MAKE IT FUN.™ At Drunk Yoga®, we’re all about connecting communities and cultivating joy through fun, interactive yoga experiences…now virtually! So…what’s “drunk” about Drunk Yoga®? Only the way in which we “intoxicate” the convention of a traditional yoga practice by making our events social and interactive for community-building. We do this by infusing uplifting games and icebreakers into our beginner-friendly yoga classes with beverage in-hand—often wine, sometimes juice or coffee, and always fun. We invite you to let your hair down and enjoy this potent union of yoga and social ritual. #namasteresponsiblyWant to book a private event? Email [email protected] to learn more.
