This bootcamp event is for people who want to start working out but don't know where to start! Come join for outdoor body weight exercises.
The event will begin at 10am but please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early so we can begin on time! You will workout for 50min and stretch for the remainder 10min. This bootcamp is for beginners but there will be variations of each workout to intensify the exercises for people who want to take things to another level! Day of the event I will be located on the outdoor track between the tennis court and baseball field.
