45 min Yin Yoga w/ Wine & Sunset Views After Come “winedown” with some relaxing yin yoga, spectacular sunset views & wine of course at Lincoln Farmstead! We’ll begin with a 45 minute yin yoga class on the back patio that all are welcome to attend. We’ll conclude by enjoying a complimentary glass of wine, as well as water and other non-alcoholic beverages, while we sit behind the patio and watch as the sun goes down over the western farmlands — dreamy! All you need is your mat for class. However, feel free to bring any other props, such as blocks or blankets, to make your yin experience more relaxing! We recommend arriving ~10 min before class to get settled in your space — see you there!
