NOW HIRING ALL POSITIONS-HABLAMOS ESPANOL (WE RESPOND FAST TO ALL APPLICANTS): We are a Turnkey Family owned and operated General Contractor that operates in the Greater Houston area. Our vast majority of Projects are performed on Vacant Residential Projects. Due to a high Demand in work flow we are currently Hiring the following Skilled Trades: Service Areas: -Copperfield. -Cypress. -Spring/The Woodlands. -Kingwood/Humble/Atascocita. -Katy. -Richmond. -Sugar Land. -Baytown & Pearland (less than 10% of our work is in this area). Requirements for all openings (Full time and Subs): -Minimum of 6 years of renovation experience. -Techs and Subs must have all of the necessary tools for their specific trade. -Working & Reliable Transportation capable of carrying materials. -Detailed oriented: All techs and supers must be able to fully complete all work scopes with a high level of craftsmanship. -Excellent Communication skills: All techs and subs are required to provide updates of project status every week. -Must have a Smart Phone: All of our work orders will be received through your phone via our app, all phones must be capable of taking clear photos. -Responsible: We expect all techs and subs to be on site, on time, meet due dates, NO DRINKING OR SMOKING AT OUR JOB SITES. -Self Starting : Should be able to take initiative to start and finish tasks promptly and without micromanagement. Full time Positions: -Interior and Exterior Painters. -Experienced Make Ready Techs (Must know to perform: Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall repair, Install trims and Pre-hung doors, Siding Repairs etc). -Project Superintendents: Must be tech Savvy, Speak English and Spanish (please email us your Resume). Subcontractors: -Housekeepers. -Landscapers. -Roofers. -Window & Glass Repair Contractors. -Subcontractor with 2-3 man crews capable of fully turning a home. -Trash Out Crews. -Carpet Shampoo Techs with Truck mount Van equipment. -Licensed Plumbers. -Licensed Electricians. We offer: -Company Uniforms. -Biweekly pay for first 30 Days and every week after the 30 day period. -Production Bonuses. -1 Week paid Vacation (after 9 months for Full time techs). -6 Paid Holidays Every Year.
