Come learn a fun Dirtylicious® combo with Erica at the most beautiful gym in Idaho Falls. Dirtylicious® is a FUN dance fitness class that teaches you professional choreography, to the sexiest music, and will give you a confidence boost all while getting an unbelievable cardiovascular workout where you can burn anywhere from 500 to 1,000 calories! Come experience a sense of community, body positivity, and feeling empowered while you workout. Dirtylicious® is for all skill levels and dance abilities that's unlike anything you've tried before! If you are not a member of Club Apple, I agree to sign a liability waiver when you arrive. *This class is open to anyone over the age of 18. Health Risks.
