Beautification of our Affordable Housing property on Cole Mill Road in Durham
Housing for New Hope has in it's toolkit10 units of affordable housing for families who are earning at 50% or below Durham's Area Median Income. The property includes a playground and a basketball hoop.
Join us for a day of beautification work to improve the outdoor spaces for this property and the Durham families living in our Cole Mill Place property as we clean up the playground and lay a new bed of mulch, and fix up the hoop and install a new net.
