Best Practices for Recruiting Graduates from Colleges and Universities The industry-led council brings together local industry with education and workforce partners. The gatherings will strengthen conversations, share resources, and promote best practices. Iredell EDC invites you to attend our first Workforce Council on July 27 at the Career Academy & Technical School at 350 Old Murdock Road from 8:00 am - 9:30 am. Breakfast will be provided. Event Schedule: 8:00 – 8:15 am - Networking & Breakfast 8:15 am - Welcome & Introductions by Iredell EDC 8:20 - Panel discussion with the career & employer relations advisors from Appalachian State University, North Carolina A&T, Wake Forest University, University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and Mitchell Community College on best recruiting practices for recruiting graduates. 9:15 -9:30 - Closing Remarks
