Core Responsibilities: Respond to daily tenant work orders in a timely manner Log time and materials used per job Maintain assigned communities by checking sprinkler systems, grounds keeping, and light pool maintenance Complete minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance installation Keep equipment secure and in good working condition Requirements: Previous make-ready experience preferred Reliable transportation, to travel to properties Basic tools for maintenance duties Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing is a plus, but not required. Thrive working in fast paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Specifications: Full-time, including some Saturdays UT/Downtown office Job Type: Full-time
