FREE Women's Self Defense Class - PART 2 The Black Shadow Defense School and Fit4You Athletic Training have joined together to host the 2nd ever Women's Self Defense Class! Registration is FREE! Class will be led by Sensei Orpheus Heyward, a 6 degree black belt in the system of Ninjutsu. This class is designed to show women various self-defense techniques using hand to hand combat! Athletic wear is suggested.
