Class Type: In-Person Social Distancing Policy: This class will take place outside. You are only required to wear a mask if you have not been vaccinated. Date: Wednesday, July 7, 2021 Time: 6:00pm-8:30pm Location: Pour Vida Art & Plant House 2124 Lincoln Blvd. Venice, CA 90291 Class Description: During this 2 1/2 hour workshop, Denise Ambrosi, founder of These Hands Maker's Collective, will teach you how to make jewelry pieces out of metal (brass, copper or silver). You can make a pendant or a pair of earrings or even a key chain! This class is designed for students with little or no prior metalworking experience. Learn traditional metalsmithing techniques such as sawing, piercing, forming, surface embellishment, and finishing. Tools, copper or brass sheet, and other basic supplies provided.
