Evaluation 4 surgery (Bay area) offered virtually !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ In urgent need of a licensed psychologist or therapist or mental health provider that is able to sign off for mental health evaluation clearance for baitric surgery. I need this by Thursday at the latest my surgery is next week and insurance requirement. it it could be a basic evaluation The bare minimum is needed/ok just a letter a note of passing my evaluation. This is also a revision not the first time bairtric patient. I’m looking to spend no more than 100 thank you
