One chairs has such a small tear on top, only about a 2 inch cut which you could easily repair, especially for antique restoration dealers or for personal hobbies!! That is why I am selling both for only $50.00 dollars for the pair, you haul!!! No steps, easy front load to car about a 35 foot walk from front door to the street in front to load! I live in Park Merced next to San Francisco state, so parking is always easy to park right in front of my door about a 35 foot walk give or take!!!
