Commercial and residential property maintenance company in Snohomish and King counties seeking maintenance workers to help renovate single family homes. Job Duties: Assist with on-site renovations of vacated units Painting and drywall repairs Small tiling Basic electrical, outlets and ceiling fans Carpentry, baseboards and trim Mopping and cleaning of work area Trash hauling and disposal MUST HAVE SKILLS: At least 5 years’ experience with general maintenance Experience with multiple trades such as painting, carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing Able to complete repairs and preventative maintenance work Capable of taking direction and working independly WA ST Driver’s license and dependable transportation Full Time / 40 hours per week
