Monday-Thursday Work Week (4 - 10hr days) Permadry Waterproofing and Drainage is looking for a team player that can think out of the box. Laborer Job Responsibilities: Arriving to the office on-time every time. Wearing company attire per dress code Following all installation protocols and instruction from foreman Keeping watchful for any/all safety procedures Reporting concerns to management structure Performs various physical duties as assigned. Maintain all safety standards. Moves, secures, installs, builds, loads, or unloads materials. Performs some specialized tasks which may require on-the job training. Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment. Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions. Moves items from place to place, according to direction from the site foreman Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material Moving tools, equipment, or other material as directed in plans or by foreman. Work Hours & Benefits: · 40 hours a week mandatory and over-time as required · Typical work week is Monday through Thursday (40 hours) · Pay scale starting at $18 - $20 per hour Laborer Qualifications/Skills: Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines Attention to detail Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: High school diploma is desired, but not required Ability to safely operate various vehicles and equipment Valid Washington State driver’s license is required
