SWI Home Pros a small construction company that does remodels including kitchens, bathrooms, decks, interior / exterior painting and more along with some commercial building repairs. What we are looking for in a candidate? Reliable, Committed and Engaged performing task, as directed, including but not limited too: material handling, cleanup, demolition, debris hauling, carpentry, drywall and painting in addition to lifting, carrying, climbing, kneeling. Requirements: Punctuality Complete routine and assigned tasks with minimal direction. Willingness to learn, and apply, newly acquired skills. Reporting of work hours; tracked by job, and task. Consistently demonstrate initiative when on the job. Maintain clean, safe and efficient work areas. Customer service and quality. Ability to speak and understand English. Treat clients, their homes/possessions, and you're coworkers with respect. Professional appearance. Personal transportation to work site and a valid driver's license / clean record. High school or equivalent education. Pass drug screening and background check
