Warehouse Production Manager Summary: This position is responsible for strategically managing our warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision. In addition, the Warehouse Production Manager is accountable for warehouse operations, productivity standards, quality, and security. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements Manage stock control and submit weekly updates to Operations team Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies Plan work schedules, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees as needed to meet operational demands Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc) Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with OSHA safety rules and regulations along with good housekeeping practices by setting a consistent example for and clear standards of safety in the warehouse. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security Work"hands on" in the warehouse Ensure that everyone is following protocols set up by Synergy Education and/or Experience: Required Experience with wood framing, prefabrication/production Knowledge and prior experience with power tools Has previously worked in a supervisory position Preferred Knowledge/Experience with electronic chop saw Experience with cutting studs and trusses Forklift and CPR/First Aid certified What's in it for you: Typically, Monday - Friday, OT as needed Competitive Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits Flex Spending Programs for Health and Dependent Care Salary/Hourly: DOE Bonus: Based on production
