Press release from the Roanoke County Government: June 30, 2021 Weather permitting, on July 7th and on July 12th, VDOT will close different sections of Little Bear Road in the Catawba Magisterial District to replace two culverts.  Please see the attached map for culvert locations and dates.  A pedestrian bridge will be available with a shuttle staged upstream of the construction site to transport residents to their homes.
