Hello, Looking for a construction assistant to maintain a Construction site M-F 7-3:30. I am looking for someone with excellent communication skills. Email, photos, writing skills, etc. I need someone to be my eyes and ears on site, when I am not there. Someone who can communicate well with the people on site, and communicate well with me to convey what is going on. You can be a tradesman who is very articulate and well spoken, written. Or you can have no construction experience, but be sharp, energetic, on the ball, eager to do an excellent job. I'm open to several scenarios for who is the right fit. Excellent attitude, reliable, extremely communicative.... These are the basic requirements. This is a 6-8 month gig. Pay is dependent on experience, skill set, etc. This could turn out to be a great gig for the right person.
