I have maybe 6 totes/boxes, folding table, one folding chair, plastic shelving unit (that will be broke down) to transport 8 blocks from my place. You do not have to lift a thing. There are floor dollies I will stack my things on, then you can be on your way. Total time involved should be less than 1 hour, an easy $40 cash for you. Please note that I have to bring my 50 pound 2 year old dog that's very nice with me(us). I will walk home from my destination point that is my storage unit.
