Taco Rock Seeks To Expand To Fairfax, Loudoun Locations

BURKE, VA — Northern Virginia-based Taco Rock is preparing to open its third location, and it is seeking additional location spaces in other towns. Taco Rock, a restaurant from Chef Mike Cordero's restaurant group, specializes in tacos and other Tex-Mex street food paired with alcoholic drinks. With locations in Arlington and Alexandria, its third location in Falls Church is expected to open in October and will be the largest of the three. Cordero's restaurant group also runs Bronson Bierhall in Arlington, Don Tito in Arlington, Don Taco in Alexandria, Primetime Sports Bar & Grille in Fairfax, Barley Mac in Arlington, Bronx Pizza & Subs in Arlington, and Rockwood in Gainesville. Chris Saa with Divaris Real Estate is assisting with Taco Rock's expansion. Taco Rock has a few specific locations in mind when it comes to expansion. "Taco Rock has experienced wild success in their existing Alexandria and Rosslyn Virginia locations and are seeking to grow their presence across the market," said Saa. "The taqueria is looking to bring their unique variety of gourmet taco offerings throughout Northern Virginia and are seeking sites in Fairfax, Burke, Centreville, Chantilly and Ashburn."
