PRINCETON, NJ — Popular ramen restaurant, Ani Ramen will be opening a new restaurant in Princeton. They will be taking over 140 Nassau Street which was formerly a Qdoba restaurant, a spokesperson told Patch. The ramen house is expected to open in the fall. The noodle house inaugurated their new restaurant in the heart of New Brunswick at 37 Easton Avenue. The restaurant chain owned by Montclair Hospitality Group has seven locations across New Jersey, including the quick-service location at District Kitchen inside Harborside Atrium in Jersey City.
