Southern Management's Admiral Farragut Apartments is looking for a full-time maintenance technician to join their team.  What we are looking for: We're seeking a Service Technician with whatever-it-takes approach to join our team! In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the physical asset of the community meet both the company standards and applicable laws. As technician, you'll be diagnosing problems and making repairs. You will provide hands on and trouble-shooting in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structure, tiling, masonry and appliances. Take-call every 3rd week.  Self-starter with strong electrical, plumbing and overall well rounded in all area of maintenance. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
