Selected independent contractor and or employee will be responsible for the installation of our replacement windows and doors while ensuring that the homeowner is 100% satisfied. We follow the AAMA Installation Standards for on all jobs. Contractors and or employee should possess a history of superior workmanship. Job Responsibilities, Qualification and Skill Requirements: - A great attitude and eagerness to learn. - Valid drivers license - Clean background - Able to Multi-task/Work Under Pressure. - Ability to follow directions and lead others when necessary. - Ability to work well and communicate with other team members, contractors, and clients. - Recognize situations that would impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance and provide solutions. - Demonstrate analytical problem solving and decision-making skills. - Mechanical aptitude: ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, window coverings, and hardware - Ability to maintain perspective in resolving conflicts. - Willingness to work variable work hours, adapt to schedule changes & accept process changes. - Proven customer resolution skills.
