Position Overview: A Deja View, Field Operations Manager knows how to clean windows, and provide the other services we offer like gutter cleaning, pressure washing, snow removal, and holiday light installations. They lead morning team meetings and get3-4 crews out the door. The FOM is also responsible for their own daily appointments, and communicating with their crews throughout the day. This position also checks crew paperwork, and payments end of day. They are also required to keep in good communication with production and office manager on how crews performed, and other daily occurrences. A Field Operations Manager MUST: Follow procedures and safety protocol Read, learn, study, and compete. Provides high levels of service and have professional customer interactions. Coach, Train, Lead, & Manage the personnel assigned to you. Technical Skills: Phones/ Computer - o Using our virtual phone system o Learn how to use our CRM software for gathering estimate information and customer files o Google Docs & Drive Sales o How to communicate over the phone using voice inflection Able to speak comfortably with customers while at their home o Knows how to ask questions and listen to the answer, while keeping a record of what is being said. Responsibilities: Provide, and train others on how to provide, high levels of personal service. Motivate others to work hard and perform as professionals Manage the happenings of your crews, while maintaining a personal schedule Ensure daily paperwork and payments are received Follow up on-site with customer complaints. Clear and thoughtful communication with everyone Pay Scale: You will recieve full pay during the training period, and can earn up to $50,000 a year including easily attainable performance bonuses, PTO, and gratuity. A company vehicle can also be provided. This is a salary based position that will earn even in our “off season”.
