The ad for the 2 bedroom duplex rental for $1,000 a month is a scam. They approve you immediately then ask for a deposit to send you the lease and keys. PLEASE BEWARE AND DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON MONEY!!!!
That being said a quiet clean and non smoking couple are looking for a 2 bedroom rental. We are paying $1,400 a month for a one bedroom right now. Hoping to find something close to Denver. We are currently on Capital Hill and the noise is just too much for me. We do not drink or party either. Pretty boring but we would really like a home to settle in.
