• Farm work: fencing, cattle, tree work, etc. • Landscaping: mulching maintenance, mowings, etc. Job Requirements: • Reliable and hard worker • Working with crew daily to ensure tasks are completed safely and properly. • Scheduling and planning of weekly projects, making sure tools and trucks are ready for crew • Oversight of tools and equipment • Daily communication with management on platform ASANA • general knowledge of operating equipment (skid steer, tractor, trucks) • daily reports of crew submitted to management **Must speak Spanish and English
