Things we look for: 2 or more years of Auto body repair experience at a shop. Tools ( Power tools are a must because they enable you to work more efficiently) Communication skills and the ability to work on group projects Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction Innovative -- prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment Things that we will give you: We are closed on weekends holidays are paid paid vacation We also offer medical, dental and vision.
