Need buffer/ Wet Sander & Electrician for work on boat

Looking for someone to buff and wet sand the exterior of my boat above the rub rails. I am preparing to wrap the boat and need to prepare the surface. This will take several days and maybe close to a week. Experienced only. Also looking for an electrician or someone that can remove some old wires all the way back to the fuse box. Some wires are hot and will shock the shit out of you. Get paid cash at the end of each day. $10-$12 an hour depending on experience and hustle.
