Press release from the City of Oklahoma City: 06/30/2021 9:58 AM Woodson and Northeast community swimming pools will open beginning Friday, July 2, on the same odd-even schedule as Oklahoma City's Family Aquatic Centers (FACs). OKC Parks is operating Earlywine Family Aquatic Center and Woodson Community Pool on even-numbered dates. The Will Rogers Family Aquatic Center and Northeast Community Pool are open on odd-numbered dates. The reduced schedule stems from a severe lifeguard shortage as the labor market continues its transformation and recovery from the pandemic. OKC Parks' 17 spraygrounds are open dawn to dusk until late September. They're free, and at parks around the City.
