I am a CASAC2 located in New York. Over the past few months a sober living called Graceland Ranch has been posting videos of their sober living. In these videos they are showing clients and client information and violating HIPPA. They are also posting videos of them administering treatment to addicts who are right off of the streets. They are detoxing people without medical professionals. They are running groups and therapy without a single QHP. They also are doing CBT and giving out punishments to their residents. I am concerned for the well being of the residents at this sober living. I also am concerned their may be insurance fraud involved. These are very vulnerable people who are being taken advantage of. You can see all of the evidence posted on YouTube and TikTok under Patrick Ridge/Graceland Ranch. I am concerned someone may get seriously hurt due to lack of professional and qualified support. If you could please point me in the direction of who I can contact in regards to this. He has even posted videos on YouTube and TikTok of a resident detoxing and having seizures in his facility. He has also stated there have been suicide attempts.
