BIRMINGHAM, AL — A nonprofit organization broke ground June 24 on a community of new homes in Ensley. The organization has launched a $25 million partnership with the city of Birmingham to build 28 homes in Ensley, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.
The National Community Reinvestment Coalition Inc.'s NCRC Housing Rehab Fund LLC, or GROWTH by NCRC's, launched the the Oak Hill development, which includes homes near 51st Street Ensley and Avenue K that will range from 1,277 to 1,350 square feet. The home will be listed between $170,000 and $200,000.
