Right person for these jobs should have all professional tools and work must be done with extremely good quality. Work should also be finished timely with average 8 hours in a day. Showing up for a few hours and making the project longer is not reasonable.

No advance payment but we can pay along the project based on a agreed upon payment plan. We can pay for all material in advance. Payment will be done through checks but we can help you cash at our bank in our presence if you preferred initially.
