Long Term Apartment Manager Needed: Starting July/August 2+ years of Apartment Managing Experience is Required. Looking for a: Reliable, Professional, and Experienced Full-Time, On-Site, live in Apartment Manager. It is also helpful if you are bilingual in English/Spanish, but not required. Our building has 31 units, no pool, mostly quiet, central to all main highways, and is located on the cross streets of Sepulveda Blvd. and Cohasset. I will be heading back to work so I will need someone to take over my daily responsibilities, some of which include, renting apartments, collecting, book keeping, and depositing tenant rent checks, vendor relationships, and keeping the surrounding apartment areas clean from trash, graffiti, etc. Please send resume to Megan, (I am the current Apt.
