Landscapper needed for monthly service

Hi- I just moved into a new house that has a beautiful landscaped courtyard with trees, plants, bushes, etc. I am looking for a landscaper to come on a monthly basis to clear the landscape of dead/fallen trees, trim trees/bushes, water, plants, etc. I have attached some photos of the courtyard. Please let me know your availability, your experience and a rough quote.
