Hello! I am Brett and own a house near Laguna Lake. The current tenants are moving out and I need someone to touch up paint areas where there is damage/holes from nails etc and fill them with spackle. It is a four bedroom house. I don't have any pictures because the tenants just moved out. I need it done between July 6th and 9th. Work Process: - Please respond with a ballpark bid on what it would cost to do this job answered in the questions below. - On this Friday July 2nd in afternoon or Monday July 5th in afternoon you come to the house to observe the work that needs to be done to confirm your bid. - Sometime between Tuesday July 6th and Friday July 9th you complete the work.
