Job posting I am looking for a hard worker and who is willing to help me work efficiently on very high end construction projects. I am specifically targeting the custom stair niche, but also high end renovation frame to finish. I choose only the highest end jobs, and am booking out a year, so there is plenty of work! This person must have: A generally positive attitude. Be willing to approach the world of building from a new perspective, and to try new things. A clean, presentable appearance 3-5 years of professional woodworking, carpentry. A tool belt and daily tools that would typiccally fill it. Less experience with the right attitude and drive is preferred. If you aren’t going to be able to do things my way, or think you know how to do everything, please do not consider this job. This is a great opportunity to learn how to do things to a higher level! Lots of details! This position is for a 1099 subcontractor, after 3-6 months we can discuss employment with benefits. Work is generally in the greater Portland area, but stretching between Brunswick and Cape Elizabeth.
