Position Responsibilities: The Site Supervisor provides support to the Site Manager by serving as a second layer of supervision to site employees such as the Vehicle Service Agents (VSA), Driver/Transporters and Leads, by managing employee performance, productivity, training, scheduling and providing guidance based on adherence to job standards and policies. Qualifications: Prior experience with customer account relations preferred, and prior experience in the rental car industry required. Minimum 1 year prior experience in supervising or leading a team of employees. Ideal candidates have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are customer service oriented, fosters teamwork and promotes safety. Must be organized and detail oriented. Some computer skills necessary including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and internet skills. Valid driver’s license required. Minimum 4 years of prior qualified driving experience. Must pass a background check, drug screening and driver safety skills test. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and policies and procedure manuals.
