Found this Peanut Stem in bag of a Fisher nuts

I found this in a bag of Fisher Nuts,(SEE PICTURES) They said it was a peanut stem. Coated with their honey nut mixture, it was very hard. It seems that the owner is JOHN.B SANFILLIPPO. Company doesn't care enough to call me, found out from an independent agent, not of the company. It was 1" long, you would think something would have caught this.
