Apartment Maintenance Position Available

We are looking to hire a Porter to help with our large apartment community. The position is seasonal 40+hrs/week. You must be able to work weekends as needed. Over-time hours are readily available. The position starts immediately and goes until the end of September- mid October. The ideal applicant must take pride in property appearance, work well with others, and provide superior customer service. The job details are but not limited to: -Picking up trash on the grounds every morning -Pressure washing -Prep for apartment painting and cleaning -Apartment painting (touchups and full rolls) -Clearing apartments of trash after resident move out (this can mean fully furnished apartments) -Prepping apartments for flooring installs (i.e. pulling and setting doors, cut and remove carpet, pull and re-set toilets) -Minor drywall repair -Basic apartment maintenance (pulling drip pans, microwave screens, fixtures, etc…) You must pass a background check.
