Role and Responsibilities A local, well established property management firm is seeking a full-time EXPERIENCED Maintenance Technician for a 110 unit community in the Springfield area. Maintenance Technician Duties and Requirements Strong Experience in apartment turnover Painting Basic electric experience Basic plumbing experience QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 3 - 5 years of previous experience PREFERRED SKILLS Excellent customer service Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy ADDITIONAL NOTES We are looking for someone that is energetic, reliable, self-motivated and detail oriented. Comprehensive benefits that are 100% employer paid include medical, dental, vision. FSA and 401k are also available. Hourly salary dependent on experience.
