Vacation rental home that needs someone to make sure home is ready for guests. We are looking for someone that has the following qualities and is looking to make some extra cash. Hours can range from 3 to possibly 8 hours a week. Preferred: Retired person looking to make some extra money Local to Paradise Valley, AZ Resume or work experience attached Tasks: • Light maintenance repairs (not required) • Oncall for emergencies • Notify owners of any issues • Staging is correct and consistent • Cleaners have met expectations • Execute turnover checklists • Inventory evaluation • Good communicator Required: Flexible with work schedule Reliable car
