need mechanic for engine/trans installs

we have a lot of work to get caught up on and we need two mechanics to do it. we need people that can remove and install engines and/or transmissions without damaging anything. pay starts at 20$ an hour and will be more once we see you can do the job wothout costing us money. I don't know how long this job will last but it will definitely be at least a few weeks worth of work for 2 good mechanics. we have tools here you will not need to bring any. pay will be cash. those who do not have experience removing or installing engines and transmissions please dont waste my time or yours. thankyou
