ATN is seeking event support staff for an upcoming conference event. This is a unique opportunity and a strong gig to add to your resume. We are accepting entry level candidates! About the event: Started in 2010 this annual Summit connects leading minds focused on transforming society and business around learning and work. The Summit's goal is to ensure everyone has an equal opportunity to participate in the future! As part of our team you will be Providing overall event support for the guests attending the Summit. Details Location: San Diego, CA Pay Rate: Estimated $544.00 (8 hr shift - $17.00/hr) if all days worked (add overtime rate for shift times beyond 8 hours) AND a $25.00 welcome bonus (applicable to those working their first event with ATN) Dates: August 8th – 11th **You are not required to work all days** Shifts: There are several shifts available between 4 and 12 hours in length **Exact shift options will be released for your review prior to booking commitment** Job Duties – assist with one or more of the following: + Registration Desk: Check-in guests, distribute ID badges and conference bags + Directional/Wayfinding: Provide directions to appropriate locations + Room Monitor: Prep conference rooms and usher guests to available seating + Badge Scanner: Check and scan guest credentials A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed. *Strict COVID safety guidelines will be followed* Qualifications: Highly professional, well-spoken and friendly.
