Escape Room Game Master/Manager Candidates MUST have excellent people skills, an outgoing personality, and attention to detail. Ideal candidates would have previous job experience and be able to speak in front of large groups of people. Candidates MUST be reliable, and have reliable transportation and be able to work nights and weekends. North Valley Escape Room is a fun interactive experience in which customers will be challenged to find clues and solve puzzles to facilitate their own escape. GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Game Master will be the direct representative of North Valley Escape Room and your most important task will be providing outstanding customer service - ensuring our guests have an amazing experience from the time they book until they leave. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES *Conduct business opening and closing procedures. *Answer phones, take bookings. *Ensure escape room is reset and ready for each new game. *Have every customer read and sign the waiver (no exceptions). *Go over rules and safety guidelines, prior to every game. *Explain the back story for their escape room experience. *Monitor every game for its entirety and provide clues when prompted. *At the conclusion of their game, interact with customers, point out their strengths, take photo of group. *Invite customers to comment on our FB page and invite them back. *Invite customers to review their experience on Google and TripAdvisor. *Frequent cleaning of escape rooms, lobbies and office.
