We are a nationally recognized restoration company looking honest Contents Technicians who possess a commitment to excellence and professionalism while performing all job duties. Contents/Packout Experience is a plus Cleaning Experience is a plus This position is responsible for handling new and ongoing insurance claims with integrity from start to finish. Some job duties will include, but are not limited to, loading trucks/trailers with needed daily supplies, documenting plus packing all items in a home or business - from large and bulky items to small and fragile items with severe attention to detail to ensure the safety and protection of the items. Will be packing out homes and putting back homes after repairs are completed. After putting back a homes contents, cleaning the home due to construction debris (wiping walls, mopping, dusting, etc. ) Lifting and moving contents into trailers. The work environment is fast-paced, highly competitive and requires travel in a company owned vehicle. Minimum Requirements • Applicants must be reliable, customer-oriented and willing to be part of a team. • Good writing skills and have an attention to details • Clean cut, organized individual with positive attitude. • Must have outstanding personal skills • Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs. consecutively/daily/ongoing. • Must have clean criminal background (no felony convictions). - background check will be completed at time of hire
