I’ve been drumming for over 20 years and I’m learning bass. I’ve never been in serious bands or played shows, and I’m disabled with chronic conditions, so I need to find something low-pressure. That said, I would do well in a patient and supportive band with lofty artistic goals. I’d rather start a band than join a band but if we click I’ll do the extra work of learning your songs. Musically my influences include Cephalic Carnage, Eyehategod, Opeth, Emporer, Melvins, Vehementer Nos, Necrophagist. I also love rap-metal and would love to see it resurface. I am politically far left and it matters to me that my music is in the spirit of spreading truth and exposing lies: anti-racism, pro-Palestine, anti-colonialism, anti-capitalism, pro-crime, prison/police abolition, pro-community-based protection, LGBTQIA liberation, revolutionary history, all that real shit. I’m also down to jam with folks for fun, and that includes absolute beginners who want to get started jamming right away.
