Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring for a full time, temp to perm audit technician for an IT recycling company in north east Austin. The audit technicians are responsible for testing, basic repairs, and reporting of all types of IT equipment including computers, laptops, tablets, servers, network appliances, projectors, printers and mobile devices. General Responsibilities: (Duties include but not limited to the following and training may need to be provided for specific tasks) • Recording of data into the system including all functional & cosmetic condition • Adherence to Data Security, Data Destruction and Data Compromise policies • Sorting any items to be recycled by category • Organization and Storage of equipment including proper handling • Maintaining a clean and organized work area • Participate in Inventory Counts • Other duties as assigned Key Requirements: • Proven work experience in the IT field • Able to stand on your feet for hours at a time. Repetitive & Frequent lifting of items weighing 25 pounds or more • Industry recognized Certification • Excellent communication skills • Organizational and time-management skills • Decision-making skills Pay rate: $15.00 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm Please submit your resume showing your IT experience to be considered for this position.
