Full time property maintenance technician position. Wage is hourly DOE. Looking for a handy person that is detail oriented and can work in a team setting as well as independently. Also be available to work occasional weekends. Tasks include Yard Work, landscaping, painting, hauling, snow removal etc. Some heavy lifting may be required. We will train the right person to do maintenance which may include plumbing, electrical, paint and repairs of residential rental units. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
