Full time 8:30 - 5pm Contract Labor Position Hourly wage $14-$16 depending on experience and maintenance skills. Mileage is also paid. We provide lawnmower, weed eaters and other equipment. You will need reliable transportation. We are looking for a self motivated person to do the mowing at several small properties and 1 large property. This person will be required to clean up the grounds, clean up laundry rooms, empty trash, pick up pet feces on the lawns, clean empty apartments to standard and assist our other maintenance team as needed. Additional maintenance skills like plumbing, electrical, general repairs to rental properties are a plus.
